In her current role as Director of Sales – Government, Enterprise and IT Solutions at C&W Business Jamaica, she is responsible for enabling the technological development of Government and Enterprise organizations.

Robertson’s mission is to transform the Jamaican IT space with innovation using a consultative and strategic premier sales force. To this end, she developed and implemented the Customer Executive Exchange Program (CEE) and IT sales processes that are utilized by sales professionals across the region. Before joining C&W Business, she worked at Columbus Communications, Fujitsu Caribbean (Jamaica) Limited, Infotech Caribbean (Jamaica) Limited and Xerox Jamaica Limited.

After eighteen years of work in the public and private sector, Nigel Coke was elected to serve a five-year term as the Communication Director of the West Indies Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists in 2005. Elected to a third term in 2015, Mr. Coke has made a significant contribution to the positive image and re-positioning of the Adventist Church in Jamaica during the last 12 years. He carries the responsibility of being the official media spokesperson for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Jamaica and also oversees the Union’s media programmes aired on radio and television.

Prior to his call to full time service to the Church, Mr. Coke spent 15 years in the financial sector–from 1990 to 2005–gaining much valuable experience in the Jamaican and other capital markets through equity, bond and foreign exchange trading.

Herbert Hall currently holds the post of Vice President of Investment Banking with NCB Capital Markets Limited (“NCBCM”) he also serves as the Head of Investment Banking for NCBCM’s Northern Caribbean hub. Herbert joined NCBCM in October 2007 as a Global Economist with the Research Team and later spearheaded the build out of the Corporate Wealth Advisory team within which he held the post of Executive Corporate Wealth Advisor. He has significant experience in investment analysis and advisory, client portfolio allocation and management as well as strategic management and planning. Prior to joining NCBCM, Herbert was the Group Economist for National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited and held the post of Monetary Economist with the Bank of Jamaica.

In his current role, he is responsible for the strategic leadership of one of the Caribbean’s most experienced and driven Investment Banking teams which has been at the forefront of structuring and arranging some of the Caribbean’s largest and most complex capital market deals including equity transactions such as (a) the historic sale of the Government of Jamaica’s majority shares in the country’s first toll road via the largest public offering, (b) the initial public offering of one of Jamaica’s leading manufacturer and distributor of food and beverage products (c) the secondary offer and cross listing of the Caribbean’s largest property fund on the Jamaica Stock Exchange. He has also led a number of large private debt transactions for both government, quasi-government and corporate clients including financial institutions.

Herbert is a thought leader and is frequently asked to shares his knowledge on various topics including (a) financing of water, wastewater and energy (b) private and public sector led infrastructure development and financing (c) regional capital markets development as well as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (“MSME”) funding. He holds a BSc. in Economics & Management (Hons.) and a MSc. in Economics, both from the University of the West Indies as well as a MSc. in Finance from the University of Leicester. He is a past Director of the Small Business Association of Jamaica, a voting member of the University of Technology’s Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship Course Advisory Committee and a member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s Programme Trained Directors. Gerald Wight completed his MBA at Florida International University and has a Law Degree from the University of Wolverhampton. He began his professional career at Barnett Bank of South Florida in 1990 and later worked at Citibank Jamaica as a Relationship Manager. Subsequently, he held senior positions in corporate banking with Jamaican and global institutions, including National Australia Bank, National Commercial Bank Jamaica, and CIBC. In 2011, he was a founding member of BCW Capital, an investment bank which was a member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and transitioned in 2014 to be a non-executive member of the Board.
