Andrea has also worked at the BBC World Service in London, England. Her awards include a two-time Press Association of Jamaica Journalist of the Year & a two-time recipient of the Caribbean Broadcasting Union award for Best Investigative Report. She is a skilled communications strategist, project organiser, and upcoming media policy specialist with a jovial personality. Javaughn Keyes is the Business Reporter/Producer for Television and Radio Jamaica and a recipient of the Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Excellence in Journalism (2020). He joined the TVJ/RJR newsroom in May 2019, and since then he has been designated to carryout numerous responsibilities apart from his core duties of writing and producing stories for TVJ’s “Prime Time News”and it’s business components, and the business packages on Radio Jamaica; the Financial Report and the Business Round-up. Javaughn is also the producer and host of the business discussion programme “The Exchange”.
Before going to the RJRGLEANER Group, Javaughn worked as a Business News Reporter/Producer and Presenter at Business Access TV from 2017.
He also works in sports as one of the handful of Track and Field Announcers across the island.
Outside of communication, he has served in a number of leadership and voluntary capacities to include Youth Representative on the National Agenda 2030 (SDGs) Oversight Committee and a Youth Parliamentarian. Angus P. Young joined the NCB Financial Group (‘NCBFG’) in 2014 as Chief Executive Officer of NCB Merchant Bank (Trinidad and Tobago) Ltd. In 2018, Angus was also appointed Regional Head of Investment Banking at NCB Capital Markets Ltd and maintained dual roles until his appointment as Head – Regional Investment Banking & New Markets at NCB Capital Markets Ltd. on July 1, 2022.
Angus is a Director of NCB Merchant Bank (Trinidad and Tobago) Ltd., NCB Capital Markets (Barbados) Ltd. And NCB Capital Markets (Guyana) Inc. Prior to joining the NCBFG, Angus served as the Managing Director of BDO Financial Advisory Services Ltd., which represented BDO’s corporate finance and transaction advisory interest in Trinidad & Tobago.
Before joining BDO, Angus was Vice President of Business Development at First Global (Trinidad & Tobago) Ltd. where he was charged with the responsibility of Corporate Finance & Capital Market origination in T&T and Jamaica. Prior to FGTT, Angus spent four years at RBTT Merchant Bank Ltd. in leadership roles including Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager of Capital Market Origination where he covered the OECS territories and Guyana. Angus is a Director of the Securities Dealers Association of Trinidad & Tobago.
Angus holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administrative & Commercial Studies (Financial & Economic Studies) from the University of Western Ontario and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, School of Business and Economics, Ontario.

Fornia Young is the Country Retail General Manager at Jamaica Money Market Brokers (JMMB); a job she has held since 2021 when she was promoted from the general manager of client partnership after nine years of leading sales and client experience within the retail branches. Prior to this appointment, she held the position of branch manager of JMMB Investments at Knutsford Boulevard in New Kingston, where she steered the branch’s team to achieve revenue growth each year.
In her role, she is responsible for developing strategies, structures, processes, and policies to consistently improve JMMB’s growth and client experience. Her ability to lead and direct her team has reaped great rewards for the JMMB Group. Over the years, she has managed to coordinate her teams to deliver on the organizational goals and objectives of JMMB by coaching and inspiring the team to consistently pursue and achieve excellence.
A marketing extraordinaire, she was drawn to banking and finance after starting her Master’s degree in marketing. Fornia had found her first love and quickly switched her major to banking and finance to start her new journey. Fornia holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation from the CFA Institute, a Master’s in Business Administration (majoring in Banking and Finance) from the Mona School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in management studies from Nova Southern University. Prior to joining JMMB, she was employed by DB&G, now Scotia Investments; Capital & Credit Securities Limited as a senior account executive and also served in marketing and public relations roles at Restaurants of Jamaica, Jamaica Tourist Board, and NEM Insurance.
